The Shark Cage
Training - Hosted by Centacare Family and Relationship Service
A free 8-week support and information program for women who have experienced domestic and family violence or sexual abuse in their lives. In this program you will;
* learn about the impacts of trauma
* learn how to manage strong emotions
* develop assertiveness skills
* build a sense of empowerment and come away with a treasure chest of tools to heal and create a positive sense of self and your rights.
Each session is 2.5 hours with morning tea provided. We ask all participants to attend all 8 sessions, as each week is linked. This is a child free group.
